How this site handles data
Last updated 16 August 2026. Attorney review required before production.
If this website were fully compromised tomorrow, an attacker would have names, email addresses, and phone numbers from inquiry forms — not tax returns, Social Security numbers, or client files.
What this site collects
The contact form asks for name, email, phone, and a message. Do not put Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or account numbers in that form. Submissions are emailed and are not stored in a database on this host.
What this site does not do
There is no file upload, no document portal, and no place to send a W-2 or an ID. There is no taxpayer database. Marketing facts (prices, hours, a portrait URL) may later be edited from a separate admin tool; that store is not a client file system.
Where documents live
Client files are exchanged only through a separate encrypted portal built for tax practices. You will be told when that address is ready. Until then, do not email documents. I will never email or text asking for a Social Security number, a bank account number, or a password.
Documents are not accepted by email as policy. Email is where preparer breaches actually happen.
